Thanks a lot for your reply NeoPa, so my second question will be if I can bring in the data in the outlook calendar, I have made a Expert in access to a text file and then an import in outlook, but outlook wasn't able to read the data, Is exporting complicated too?

Which version of ACC? Acc has the external data, outlook, which is the most straight forward method, provided you have outlook installed.

I have , any answer for me? I think you're going into the realm of VBA. To design the form yourself, as Neopa has linked you to, requires a lot of ground work designing and placeing the controls and handling the data.
